Femtera has been working in the fields of health research, development and services. Currently, the company is primarily dedicated to discovery, development and commercialization of next-generation biomarkers for the detection of severe diseases, especially multiple types of cancers, at early stages.

Located in the 16 Tech Innovation District in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, Femtera is committed to making its unique contributions to the community and the public as a whole by bringing in Accurate, Affordable and Accessible clinical testing services based on its own innovative laboratory-developed tests (LDTs), which will be able to dramatically prevent or minimize false positive (FP) and/or false negative (FN) results.

Owning its technical strengths and equipped with high-resolution accurate mass spectrometers (GC-QTOF-MS/MS and UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS) as well as a lot of other sophisticated instruments, Femtera is also capable of offering a wide range of relevant high-complexity clinical and bioanalytical testing services, such as metabolomic profiling, unknown identification, target confirmation and/or quantitation, etc.
